The clients first came to the UTPB-SBDC in June 2016. They wanted to open a first-rate fitness center in Monahans. They identified this industry as an opportunity in this market with high demand and low supply. They worked with a consultant to develop a business plan and financial projections.
The SBA loan was approved in August 2016, and they began construction in Oct 2016. They opened for business in January 2017. In October 2019, the ownership group returned to the UTPB-SBDC to start an APEX style carwash in Monahans. They worked with a consultant to put together a business plan and financial projection. They broke ground in October 2020.
