Success Story

After the closing of a previously owned gym, with hopes of moving back to the north side of town where the gym owner Adriana grew up, family members joined together and opened what is now known as The Fit Factory. “Our mission is to educate anyone who comes through the doors the proper way to build and continually take care of their personal health.” To do that, The Fit Factory offers multiple classes every day with the right instruction to make sure safe and proper technique is applied. Seeing people grow physically and mentally and apply that to their everyday life is why we love what we do. “God gives each person a gift and with that gift comes a story and with the story comes a testimony that can be shared to impact others.” With the staff’s background in sports ranging from college to pro levels, we believe God gave us the ability to impact others using the opportunities we have been blessed with.  We strive to empower the youth with boldness and courage by giving them small tasks to accomplish in the gym, leaving them with a sense of accomplishment to carry over into their life. The community we are trying to reach, along with COVID, are struggles we have faced. Time is an expensive currency, and we are grateful to find SBDC to help us with starting and continuing our business even during hard times. With all the help from the SBDC, community, and family, we plan to unite to overcome whatever life may throw to us in and out of the gym.
