Chrissy Hale first contacted the SBDC in October 2016 to discuss opening a salon in Downtown Midland. The SBDC consultant helped the client with industry research, created a business plan narrative, and financial projections. The SBDC consultant also helped the client develop a presentation for the Downtown Midland Board. In September 2017, the client’s loan was approved as well as a grant from Downtown Midland.
